Vitruvian Park

Hi everyone! My name is Mary Reed. I am a 69-year-old resident of Addison, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. As a result of having so much time on my hands, I decided to write a blog highlighting the wit and wisdom of my fertile mind during the dystopian novel that we now live in. My response to being banned from most forms of human contact is to explore the only space left open — the outdoors.

Brookhaven College

I walk twice a day. My walks are usually one to one and one-half hours in length. I am fortunate to live next to Vitruvian Park which is part of an apartment development. In addition, in 10 minutes I can reach Brookhaven College, a local community college in the nearby suburb of Farmers Branch. It has a walking path around the campus. Also, Addison has Redding Trail — a walking path beside an elementary school and behind residential areas — that is five minutes from my townhome.

Redding Trail
